Hi, I’m Hannah- the owner of Éclat Hair Studio and IMAGE Studios Superior. My independent salon suite is Éclat Studio. The name Éclat is French for brilliance, style, and flair, and it reflects exactly what I want every client to experience in my chair: hair that enhances your natural beauty and gives you the confidence to shine. With over 20 years behind the chair, I’ve built my career around one mission: helping clients feel confident through healthy, beautiful hair. As a Certified Organic Colorist using All Nutrient color line, I specialize in restoring hair health and creating custom, lived-in, dimensional color that grows out seamlessly, while embracing natural beauty and enhancing each client’s unique look! Whether you’re looking for soft, sun-kissed highlights, rich dimensional tones, or simply a refresh to bring back shine and vitality, my goal is for you to leave feeling radiant, confident, and effortlessly polished. Cancellation Policy

✨All clients are asked to keep a credit card on file for policy purposes. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I respectfully ask for 36 hour notice in order to avoid cancellation fees. * No call no show - 100% of service cost * 24 hr or less cancel - 50% of service cost ✨Not confirming your appointment, does NOT automatically count as a cancellation. ↳ The cancellation policy is in place to respect not only my time, but my clients. Thank you for doing so! All confirmation appointments are sent 72 hours in advance, so that there is plenty of time to cancel, reschedule, or adjust services if needed. ✨All new clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit on NEW CLIENT SERVICES, that will be put towards your first initial service total and used towards cancellation outside of a 36 hour notice. ✨Gift cards are non-refundable! ✨TARDINESS & SERVICE CHANGES If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your services may be altered to fit the remaining appointment time. Up to 30 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled all together, in which you will be responsible for 50% of the service. ✨Please respect the time I have scheduled for you and the services you are booked for. If an appointment is booked in conjunction with another service (Ex: a haircut with a color) please don’t wait till the day of the appointment to decide that you no longer want one of the services. Reach out to me directly to adjust. Thank you! ✨SERVICE CORRECTION POLICY Éclat Hair Studio does not offer service refunds. I ask for any adjustments/corrections on a haircut or color service, that the hair must be seen by me and a discussion is had in person. ↳ If for any reason you are unhappy with a service, I will honor all adjustments within a 1-week notice of the initial service at no charge. ✨A change of mind is not considered a correction and will be charged accordingly.
