Hi there! I’m Hannah, owner of Éclat Hair Studio, an independent salon suite, located inside IMAGE Studios in Superior. Éclat in French stands for style & flair! I’m a certified organic colorist, using the finest and naturally derived hair color line on the market! My passion is restoring health back into hair, and creating custom lived-in & dimensional color! It’s all about embracing natural beauty, as well as enhancing each clients individual look! Cancellation Policy

I respectfully require 36 hours for cancellations, rescheduling, or changes to the service. *Should an appointment be canceled or rescheduled without a 36 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the booked service. *All clients are asked to keep a credit card on file for policy purposes. *SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS with NO CALL/NO SHOWS can be charged 100% of the booked service and WILL NOT be held as a credit towards a future appointment. * Not confirming your appointment, does NOT automatically count as a cancellation. The cancellation policy is in place to respect not only my time, but my clients. Thank you for doing so! All confirmation appointments are sent 72 hours in advance, so that there is plenty of time to cancel, reschedule, or adjust services if needed. All new clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit on NEW CLIENT SERVICES, that will be put towards you service total TARDINESS & SERVICE CHANGES If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your services may be altered to fit the remaining appointment time. Up to 30 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled all together, in which you will be responsible for 50% of the service. Please respect the time I have scheduled for you and the services you are booked for. If an appointment is booked in conjunction with another service (Ex: a haircut with a color) please don’t wait till the day of the appointment to decide that you no longer want one of the services. Reach out to me directly to adjust. Thank you! SERVICE CORRECTION POLICY Éclat Hair Studio does not offer service refunds. Hair must be seen in person by me and given the opportunity to fix the issue before any further discussion. *If for any reason you are unhappy with a service, I will honor all corrections within a 1-week notice of the initial service at no charge.  *A change of mind after the initial appointment is not considered a correction and will be charged accordingly.
